On your first day, you will be asked to fill out a short client profile, and from that information we will discuss your needs and considerations. From there, we will define goals and a plan of action. Each subsequent session will include a quick check-in to review your process and fine-tune your session accordingly. |

Juliu Horvath was born in Hungary and became a principal dancer with the Romanian National Ballet. In 1970 he defected to the United States. Following a deep study of yoga, he created the unique Gyrotonic equipment, and opened his White Cloud Studio in New York City in 1984.
